Andrew Thoreen To All Instructors

Andrew Thoreen is a multi-instrumentalist and has taught music to kids and adults for over 20 years as a private music instructor, music substitute teacher throughout the metro, and worship music director. He has also worked as a touring musician, recording artist, songwriter since 2008, in addition to producing audio and video out of his home studio in West Saint Paul. Andrew holds a B.A. in Music from the University of Northern Iowa, where he studied Trombone and Jazz studies. He has taught at the Music Lab in south Minneapolis for over 10 years and also teaches music out of his home studio. You can hear and see his most recent releases on YouTube and other streaming services under “Alaylon” and “Andrew Thoreen.” He lives with his wife Julie and son Ozlo (who he loves exploring music with!) and is active at their church in East Saint Paul.
