Becky Mahoney To All Instructors

Becky Mahoney is a wife, homeschool mom of six, and active leader in campus ministry at the University of Minnesota. Through this outreach, many large, diverse groups of people are welcomed into her home and served at her table. She is passionate about bringing creativity and excellence to the kitchen. Becky has developed a love of imparting and nurturing that excitement in others through her years teaching culinary arts at ANCHOR co-op. She enjoys teaching her kids, her middle and highschool students, and anyone else who wanders into her kitchen. 

Becky received her B.A. in Spanish from the University of Minnesota in 2002. Her family is now in full time ministry on the U of M college campus, where they pastor a small house church and are active in evangelism and discipleship. One of their main focuses is reaching out to international students and Becky is passionate about using hospitality and fellowship over food as an opening for ministry.
