Photography Workshop

This second-semester class gives students a chance to gain more practice with the skills they learned in Photography 1. Under the mentorship of instructor Hannah Bauer, students continue to practice and fine-tune previously learned skills as they learn more tips for effective photography in a variety of settings. Projects include color vs. black and white photography and when to use each; portrait work including photographers of the past; "recreation" of a favorite (famous) photographer's work; and an introduction to event photography.

This course can be taken for a high school fine arts credit (both semesters) or a half credit (one semester). All experience levels are welcome to participate. Students do not have to have taken Photography 1 to enroll in this class.
